    1. I'm waiting for 3 unscheduled community appearances this week with me frocking up as Santa to be over and done with Norma... so I will then have some time to finish decorations. this old bird ain't no spring chicken any more and it takes me a little while to recover between gigs...

    1. Dressing them up in hats would be a remarkable challenge but it is intriguing all the same... Thanks for the suggestion... Just when i thought my creativity was waning too...

  5. Bring the outdoors indoors. Mix natural yoghurt with a few crushed brambles and flick the stuff randomly over the household furniture and windows. You'll be the talk of the neighbourhood.

  6. Thanks for another great suggestion Mitzi... You must be psychic! I have a large bowl of Blackberries freshly picked from the garden that I've just been pondering over what to do with them all... Now... where is that tub of yoghurt?

  8. Beautiful, Princess! You have inspired me...

Although, there's no way I'll have time to make anything even remotely like that before Christmas, so my tree-full-of-birds (sans Beaky, of course) will have to wait until next year.
