It's an old glass fishing float Darling...

I found it in an old antique shop many moons ago...
Outback and in the middle of nowhere... hundreds of miles from the sea...

I'd wanted one for years and finally found one in the most unexpected of places and it now has pride of place in my Fernery... 


  

I guess that Patience is a virtue...
